Discover the Video Results of Erasmus + Project “Open Door – Nature for Social Inclusion”: Practical Nature-Based Activities for Facilitators

As a result of the Erasmus+ “Open Door” project, we are excited to release a curated series of 8 practical demonstration videos. Each partner country (Poland, Romania, Spain and Czech Republic) designed, facilitated and recorded 2 sample videos of the activities used during the testing phase of the project. Designed as a visual component to the Open Door Standards and Open Door Manual, these videos bring nature-based therapeutic programs into reality.

Moving beyond theory, the videos illustrate how inclusive outdoor experiences can be facilitated in a safe, creative and meaningful way. Each video focuses on a specific activity and specific target group highlighting how to use it in different environments.

In the videos you will find:

  • Step-by-step guidance on how to introduce, structure, and hold space for inclusive group activities in nature.
  • Examples of how to modify tasks to match varying abilities, environmental factors and group dynamics.
  • Participant-Centered Focus: A clear demonstration of how to foster trust, respect, autonomy, and shared responsibility.
  • Key observations for facilitators on safety, group reflection, and interaction with the environment.

Whether you are an outdoor educator, specialist, a youth worker, or a practitioner stepping into nature-based interventions for the first time, these 8 videos offer direct, usable inspirations. They are designed to serve as flexible starting points—inviting you to adapt each concept to your own groups and local natural settings.

Let’s watch together how nature opens its doors to everyone.
